How refunds work

Project Blueprint is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. All purchases and refunds are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

14-day cancellation and refund right

Paddle’s minimum refund policy allows eligible customers to cancel their agreement and return the product within 14 days of completing their transaction, without giving a reason. The Buyer Terms set out the applicable eligibility requirements, exceptions, and country-specific rights.

For consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply where, during that period, you started downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from the product after agreeing for it to be made available before the 14-day period ended, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
