Terms of Sale

1. Who is selling

Licences are sold by Blueprint Labs Ltd, a New Zealand company (company number 9445429, NZBN 9429053822574), Auckland, New Zealand — or, where stated at checkout, by our merchant of record (for example, Paddle), which handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing as the seller of record.

Caps are real: when a tier sells out, it is gone. Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless the checkout states otherwise.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with your licence key, a download link, and a receipt — normally within minutes. Delivery is electronic only.

4. Free trial

When available, the free trial is a no-card, 14-day evaluation of Blueprint 1.x. The trial starts on first launch and works offline. After it ends, the app remains available for viewing and export but editing is disabled until a valid licence is entered.

5. Refunds

Purchases are made through Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are governed by Paddle’s consumer refund terms. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Founder pilot disclosure

Founder-tier purchasers are buying version 1.0 of a newly launched product from a small New Zealand developer. It has been tested against a substantial real-world drawing corpus, but early software has rough edges. Founder customers get direct email support and their feedback shapes 1.x. 7. Fair use and cancellation of orders

We may cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent or breaches these terms.
